Once we have agreed your objectives, your timeframes and the capital assets available for investment, we will construct an investment portfolio tailored to your requirements.
At outset we agree the investment strategy with you. Within these parameters, we will take responsibility for creating and managing your investment portfolio.
When we need to make changes to your portfolio, we are able to do so without having to revert to you each time. Events move quickly in investment markets so it can be beneficial to take action immediately if there is a change of circumstance. This process therefore reduces delay and in addition minimises the amount of paperwork we have to issue to you.
Safe custody of the assets in your portfolio is held by Pershing Securities Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank of New York Mellon.
We then report any changes to the portfolio to you on a quarterly basis and will meet in person, at least annually, to discuss any changes to your plans or circumstances and discuss what this means for your investment strategy going forward.
